These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Olycen platform and Chrome Extension ("Service"). The Service is operated by Egetech Ltd., a corporation registered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or installing the Olycen Chrome extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
Olycen is a career agent tool that assists users in searching for jobs and automating form filling locally. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
We provide the local co-pilot extension to fill out applications on third-party job boards (like Greenhouse and Lever). However, the final review and submission of applications remain the sole responsibility of the user. We do not guarantee employment or response rates.
Users provide their own API Keys (Bring Your Own Key) to access Gemini/ChatGPT co-pilot models. You remain responsible for all costs charged by Google AI Studio or OpenAI Platform under your API keys. We are not responsible for any excessive usage fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egetech Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or incorrect application entries.
